Who We Are

First Resorts Management (Pty) Ltd is the largest management company in South Africa, with a portfolio of 55 body corporates, share block companies and hybrid timeshare/residential complexes spread thoughout the country as well as in Namibia and the United Kingdom.

Our head office is situated in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, with regional offices in Margate on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast and in Cape Town.

We administer an annual turnover in excess of R120 million, collectively effect purchases of some R80 million p.a. and manage the property of almost 42 000 owners.

First Resorts directly and indirectly supervises some 1400 staff members at its administrative centres and within the resorts it manages.

We are the only resort management company that has developed a sophisticated, customised resort grading system, with the emphasis on assessing the entire holiday experience from arrival to departure.
