First Resorts is the largest Resort Management Company in South Africa, specialising in holiday resort management,
including Body Corporates, TMA’s (Timeshare Management Associations), HOA’s (Home Owners’ Associations),
and Share Block companies. Through the amalgamation of several organisations with a total of almost 20 years’ experience,
we have developed a management package that provides all the necessary services and expertise, and sets
First Resorts apart in an extremely competitive industry.
We can administer properties of all sizes, and currently provide a management service to complexes ranging from a 9-unit Body Corporate on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast to a beachfront resort with over 150 apartments (and incorporating several restaurants and entertainment venues), from mountain to sea, hotel to lodge, luxury to economy.

Congratulations to our September competition winner, Mr. Grant Kobus. Tim Spencer hand delivered Grant’s new braai. Grant owns at Midlands Saddle and Trout and said that the prize couldn't have come at a better time as his old braai is packing up on him.
